Orange Summer Smoothie

A Summery blend of clementine, ginger, carrots and mango. A lovely refreshing smoothie, perfect for those hot summer days

Ingredients

  • 180 g Mango peeled and sliced
  • 2 clementines peeled and broken into segments
  • 2 cm piece of Ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 100 g Carrot peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Banana 55g peeled and chopped
  • handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 350 ml water or ice if you prefer it chilled

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients apart from the mint into a blender and blitz until smooth (around 3-5 minutes on high). Continue to blend whilst gradually adding mint leaves. Stop the processor and taste. Add more ginger or mint if required. If the texture is too thick add more ice or water. Top with grated carrot and mint if desired.
