Slice the mango slightly off centre to avoid the stone. Slice around all the edge removing as much flesh as possible and feeling for the stone with the blade of the knife.
Slice the chunks into manageable wedges
To remove the skin place the knife parallel to the chopping board and slice through the mango. Stay close to the skin and place pressure downwards on the knife blade as you move it along. Chop the mango into smaller chunks if desired
