This recipe uses black coffee with Baileys added directly. However, a shot of coffee made up with milk could also be used to make a Baileys latte version.
– 400 ml Freshly made black coffee (enough for 2) (Instant or ground)
– 2 teaspoon Golden syrup or honey
– 2 50ml measures of Baileys Irish cream
– 50 ml double cream
– Freshly grated nutmeg or cocoa powder to serve (optional)
