Deliciously warming soup recipes, most of which can be batched cooked and stored in the freezer. I love a soup that is packed full of ingredients and really fills you up like my hearty Tuscan Ribollita soup. Full of veg and packed out with cannellini beans, its a lovely warming, thyme flavoured bowl of goodness.
In the really cold months, January - march, I love to cosy up on the sofa with a bowlful of curried chicken Mulligatawny. - Which, by the way, is also great made with leftover turkey from Christmas dinner. The fresh aniseedy tarragon pairs perfectly with the spicy curry flavours, soften carrots and mountains of shredded chicken.
