Meat and veggie skewers are great with rice or couscous, or why not try cumin crumbed tuna or easy Asian salmon in a bag.
I also like to try and replace the unhealthy meals, that a lot of crave, for something a little more nutritious. Healthy fish and chips is a weekend favourite for us, and quick chicken and almond curry is always a great midweek option, especially when it only Wednesday and I'm really feeling like it should Saturday night curry night.
