My all time favourite food has always been spaghetti bolognese. . . My Slow Cooker Ragu with tagliatelle is now a regular and well loved dinner in our house. Inspired by our trips to Italy, cooked long and slow, and sometimes served with homemade fresh pasta. It really is a wonderful dish for any day of the week.
